PLAY FOUNDRY

Safety Centre

Play together. Look after each other.

How to report a concern, what happens next, and how Play Foundry responds to unsafe or illegal behaviour.

Get help

Report it—don’t confront it.

Use the report control beside a post, reply or profile when you can. It preserves the information an administrator needs to review the concern. For account, privacy or safety issues that cannot be reported on the site, email shylo@playfoundry.co.uk.

Immediate danger: call 999. Do not wait for a site response. If someone may be at immediate risk, give emergency services the facts and keep yourself safe.

After a report

A recorded, proportionate response.

1

Triage

An administrator checks urgency, immediate risk and whether evidence needs preserving.

2

Review

We consider the content, context, history and community standards. Serious risks can be escalated without warning.

3

Action

Action may include removal, a warning, feature restriction, suspension, ban or referral to a platform or authority.

4

Appeal

Members can appeal an account restriction from My account. Another administrator reviews it where practical.

Privacy and records

Share only what is necessary.

Do not send passwords, sexual content, or unnecessary details about a victim. Resolved reports are normally retained for 12 months; incident and moderation-audit records normally for 24 months. Records may be preserved longer where safeguarding, security or law requires it.
